International News: During an open discussion of the United Nations Security Council in May 2025, India once again explained its strict stance on the issue of terrorism on the global stage, exposing Pakistan's hypocrisy. India's permanent representative, Ambassador Parvathaneni Harish, said in two words that a country that does not make any difference between terrorists and common citizens has no moral right to speak on civil security.

Pakistan's real face supporting terror

Ambassador Harish said that India has been a victim of Pakistan-sponsored terrorism for the last several decades. Giving examples, he explained how the Pakistan-backed terrorist attacks, from the 26/11 Mumbai attack to the ruthless murder of innocent tourists in Pahalgam, Kashmir, have targeted the common citizens of India.

The purpose of these attacks is not only loss of life and property but also weakening India's social unity, economic development, and morale. In this perspective, Pakistan's speech on the security of citizens on international forums is not only ridiculous but also an insult to the global community.

Deliberate shelling on border villages

India informed the United Nations about a recent incident that took place earlier this month, in which the Pakistani army deliberately opened fire on Indian border villages. More than 20 innocent citizens were killed and more than 80 injured in the attack. Not only this, the Pak Army also targeted gurdwaras, temples, and hospitals - which is a severe violation of international human law.

Role of Pakistani rule in support of terrorism

Ambassador Harish also highlighted how terrorism is supported in state-sponsored form in Pakistan. Recently, senior officials of the Pakistani Army, police, and administration attended the funeral of terrorists killed under 'Operation Sindoor.' This example makes it clear that the government of Pakistan and the army give the terrorists not only protection but also respect.

Pakistan's 'sermon' insults the international community

The ambassador said that preaching to such a country on terrorism is the biggest hypocrisy. He urged the world community to unite and take concrete steps on the issue of terrorism. India emphasized that the attack on citizens and human activists is not only morally wrong but it is also a serious violation of international human laws.

India's clear message: zero tolerance against terrorism

India's statement at the United Nations once again shows that India will not compromise on the issue of terrorism. Pakistan's repeated support of terrorists and talking about false morality in international forums will not work anymore. India has given a message in its clear terms that now the time has come to expose terror and its supporters.
